30-day free returns

We offer free returns on PASAMIC floating umbrella purchases made through pasamicpatio.com. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

How to start a return

Email pasamicpatio@163.com or use our Contact page. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will provide return instructions and prepaid return shipping arrangements. Please contact us before sending the item back so we can direct it to the correct return location.

Return costs and refunds

We cover return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee for returns requested within the 30-day window. Once we receive and process your return, the refund is issued to your original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on your payment provider.
