These terms apply to use of pasamicpatio.com and purchases of the PASAMIC floating umbrella through this website. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

Products and orders

Please review the product description, package contents, price and availability before ordering, and provide accurate contact and delivery information. Lifestyle photographs may include drinks, phones and other props that are not included with the product. Product prices are displayed in US dollars for our US storefront. Applicable taxes and the final order total are shown before payment.

Shipping

The floating umbrella ships within 3 days, with free shipping to the United States. Dispatch time is separate from delivery time. Read our Shipping policy for details.

Returns and refunds

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is covered and no restocking fee applies to returns requested within this window. Contact us for return instructions before shipping your item back. Read our Return and refund policy for the process.

Product setup and use

Read and follow the instructions supplied with the umbrella. Fully fill the ballast jug with at least 19 lb of wet sand before use. Water alone does not provide the required ballast weight. Wet sand must be supplied separately.
